If you need end of your lease cleaning as you move out of your rental property or have sold your beloved home and require professional and efficient cleaners, allow us to help you.

What's included in vacate / end of lease cleaning?

End of lease cleaning typically includes the following:

WHOLE HOUSE:
Vacuum hard floors, carpets, edges and skirting boards
Mop hard floors
Spot clean doors and walls
Dust and clean ceiling fans, door handles, light fittings and switches
Clean window tracks/sills
Remove internal cobwebs
Air conditioning vents dusted (only those in reach)

KITCHEN/LAUNDRY:
Mop hard floors
Clean cupboards (inside and out)
Clean oven, microwave, grill/stove-top and rangehood
Wipe down benches, sink and tiled areas
Clean exhaust fan covers (only those in reach)

BATHROOMS:
Scrub and sanitise toilet, shower/bath and surrounds
Clean and polish mirrors, bench-tops and sink
Clean vanity and cupboards (inside and out)

BEDROOMS:
Vacuum hard floors, carpets, edges and skirting boards
Mop hard floors
Clean cupboards/wardrobe (inside and out)
Dust and clean fitted furniture, ceiling fans and mirrors
Spot clean curtains/blinds

What’s NOT included in vacate cleans:
Window cleaning (can be arranged at an additional cost)
Carpet steam cleaning
Tile & grout cleaning
Upholstery cleaning
Ceilings and full clean of curtains/blinds

How much can you expect to pay?

We do not have a set price for vacate / end of lease cleaning as it depends on many factors, including:

1.How dirty (or clean) your house is
2.How many bedrooms/bathrooms/living areas
3.The size of each room
4.How many cupboards/benches you have
5.The layout of the house
6.If you require your oven and windows cleaned (and how dirty or clean they are)
7.If your house is occupied or empty
8.If you have pets (dog hair can get in every nook and cranny)

Based on this, we will give you an estimate of how many hours we may require and if we use less then we will refund you the unused hours. And if we require more hours (which can happen if there’s far more to clean than we originally accounted for), then you can either purchase more or you can stop the clean at the maximum hours.

As a general guide, an average-sized property (4×2) which is already quite clean will require 9 - 12 hours of cleaning.
