· Entrée - Potted prawns, paprika butter, croutons, cos heart salad or Baby beetroot, crisp panacotta & roasted pear salad, crispy chickpeas & goat’s cheese.
· Main course - Fetta + basil stuffed chicken roulade, Greek salad, tomato jam or can order Pan-seared pink snapper, leek purée, charred asparagus, red pepper salsa
· Dessert – Chocolate and salted macadamia layer cake, saffron poached pears, minted vanilla panacotta and macerated berries.
